On Friday, October 2, 2009 the beautiful Zahida Virani married the very handsome Abi Subramanian at Capitale in NYC.  The ceremony was performed by NY Interfaith Minister, Wedding Celebrant,  Rev. Jeddah Vailakis.    The NY wedding venue, Capitale  is one of the most striking in NYC – bold and dramatic.  Abi & Zahida are an interfaith couple, Hindu and Muslim respectively.  Abi’s Aunt took my hand before the ceremony and said, “you know Jeddah, it is not just about two people joining, two families are joining as well”.  She said this with the sweetest and most sincere tone.  There was an excitement that one side of the family had for the other.  The exploring of cultures and  the expansion of family were sweet promises to look forward to.    Zahida & Abi  looked like they just came out of a fairy tale — glowing and walking on air–stardust all around.   Thank you beautiful love birds.  A lifetime of love and happiness to you.  — Rev.  Jeddah

Chloe Beth Weck & Gregory Maietta were married at the historic Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs on September 19, 2009.  Perfect  weather for an outdoor wedding ceremony!   The NY wedding ceremony was spiritual, short and sweet.  As I looked out, I saw  many tears as well as many smiles.  The proud families of the bride and groom were so gracious.  I could see traces of them in Chloe & Greg.  Friends wore their hearts on their sleeves, beaming with excitement and the spirit of celebration.    Bride and groom are environmental engineers.  In Chloe’s words:  “We both have a sense of global consciousness and a desire to do something meaningful with our time here”.    A pure joy to have worked with you Greg & Chloe!  Wishing you a lifetime of happiness.  — Rev. A heartfelt, emotional, beautiful wedding ceremony in New York City.  Eric & Dennis got legally married in Connecticut and had a spiritual union surrounded by family and friends in NYC.    Tears of laughter and tears of joy.  An absolute honor to cross paths with such a beautiful couple!  Eric & Dennis are both currently on Broadway in West Side Story and Mary Poppins respectively.
